I'm coming at the world today with some real talk and some real questions. I'd like to talk about the human skill that is trusting your own judgement. Do you constantly second guess yourself and your decisions? Do you have trouble making a definitive decision about something, and then sticking to it? Well friend, if this sounds like you, take heart - because it's me, too.

I know I have several mental illnessess that impair my thinking and judgement. Therefore, I question and judge myself on every single thing I say or do. Not only is it mentally and physically exhausting, it's also dangerous and failure inducing.

So, what do you do? Platitudes aside, seriously now - how do you stop doing that?
